Good food starts with good folks, so we gather up what we can from local farms—fresh meats, garden vegetables, and all the trimmings—and fix ’em just the way Grandma used to, slow and steady, with plenty of love. From tender, hickory-smoked pork and chicken to heaping sides and homemade pies, every plate’s a taste of yesterday.
